Perihelion from RocketTheme

First off, I gotta hold up my hands and apologise for the lack of news the last couple of weeks. Basically my proper job is getting on top of me so while I want to get you all the latest and greatest news, I've forgotten a bit, but tomorrow, I'll be updating and paying my dues.

But I wanted to quickly mention this theme from RocketTheme, mostly because I'm going to be using it.

For me, running a very small web development/business development business it's almost ideal. I've got to change the colours a bit and change a few things with the layout but apart from that it's perfect.

The beauty of course with RocketTheme and all the good theme providers these days is that they provide the tools to make these things really easy and I'm fairly sure that by mid next week, my site will be updated.

This theme has loads of stuff to play with to. You can actually get a full demo here and listed below are some, not all, of the features.

It's also an ongoing quest of mine to figure out where Andy gets all his names for his themes. This month, just to save you looking it up, the definition of Perihelion is: the point in the orbit of a planet or comet at which it is nearest to the sun.

If you didn't know, Andy over at RocketTheme is the man responsible for SolarFlare, so it seems he quite likes his space.

Anyway, some of the features, as promised:

  • Joomla 1.0+ version
